Yes - luggage can be stored at reception during the reception opening hours.

No - customers must check-in at any time after 16h up until 18h

If you intend to arrive after later than 18h on the scheduled date of arrival you must inform the residence otherwise our no-show policy will apply. +41 (0)27 481 59 62.

Yes - the WiFi is free throughout the resort. 

No - smoking and vaping are prohibited in all areas of the residence.

Yes - the resort has a restaurant and bar The Bistro. Here you will find salads, meats on hot stove, röstis, burgers, and a large selection of wine and beers. 

Yes - the cost of an additional Baby bed is CHF 20.00/stay. Free high chair on request. On loan subject to availability

In all apartments :

- Living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV with international channels, dining table, and chairs. 

- Open kitchen equipped with:  vitroceramic hotplates, oven, dishwasher (except studio), coffee maker, cutlery, plates, glass etc.

- Shower room, WC

Yes - one meeting room is available.

Yes - the cost is CHF 10 per night, per animal (maximum 2 animals per accommodation)
Except for studio apartments, we only accept 1 pet.

Yes - all residences have elevators. 

Yes -  we have disable friendly rooms available. Please request this when booking.

Yes - Dishes and kitchen should be cleaned before departure. The cleaning of the rest of the apartment is included in the room bill. 

No - a laundry room is available in the resort. Guests can purchase tokens at the reception.

No - if you require housekeeping services you must request this at the reception, at an extra charge. 

Yes - you can request this at time of booking.

The apartment must be vacated before 10.00 on the day of your departure. 

• CHECK-IN : 16.00 - 18.00
• CHECK-OUT : 08.30 - 10.00

No - guests must bring their own shampoo, shower gel etc. 

There is, however, a small welcome bottle of shampoo and shower gel in each flat.

Yes - you can request this at time of booking, however there is no guarantee. 

Adults: CHF 3.00 per night 

Child (6 to 15 years): CHF 1.50 per night 

Children (0 to 5 years): free of charge

Yes - in Vercorin we have 2 different parking lots

• Indoor parking (garage): CHF 15.00 per night and per vehicle
• Outside parking : CHF 10.00 per night and per vehicle (free during the summer)

Yes - towels are available at reception of the resort at an additional cost of CHF 2.- per piece.  

Monday and Tuesday closed

Bar: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 10pm

Kitchen: 11.30am to 2.30pm and 6pm to 9.30pm

Yes, we ask our customers to pay a deposit of CHF 400.00.

This must be paid in Swiss francs (euros are not accepted) or by card (Visa/Mastercard only). Please note that if you pay by card, the deposit will not be deducted. The money is blocked only for the duration of the stay and released on departure.
