At SWISSPEAK Resorts, we guarantee a 100% refund for cancellations related to COVID-19. 

Last-minute cancellations will only be accepted if you can prove that you have been affected by one of the following reasons: 

• The confinement of your area of origin or destination
• The border closure between your country of origin and your country of destination
• A quarantine period to be observed for vacationers traveling in your destination area

For all other reasons, the original cancellation conditions apply, i.e. those in effect before the pandemic.
